If you no longer have your receipt, we can still verify your unit if it is eligible for warranty. However, we will have to charge an out of warranty fee of Php500 per unit to cover the cost of processing your unit for replacement and the checking of serial. Based on the serial, we can check if your unit is still under warranty or not but it will take some time. If however, your unit is out of warranty, we will not charge you the fee anymore.
