Please prepare the following information when submitting a claim:
1) The serial number of the power supply
2) The model name of power supply
3) A copy of your proof of purchase, in jpeg, gif or pdf format.
4) A detailed description of your issue. Please try to be as detailed as possible, as this will speed up your RMA claim
